The STvega HDFS 50 slicer is designed for delicate cutting of meat, various meat products and fish. This machine has a wide conveyor belt for maximum productivity. Sharp cutting blades allow you to qualitatively cut a chilled product of any complexity (including sinewy, greasy, with films). The recommended temperature of the product during cutting is 0 ⁰C.

Principle of operation:

The product intended for slicing is placed by the operator on the conveyor belt of the feed conveyor. With the help of a feed conveyor, the raw material is moved to the cutting area, where it falls on vertically located rotating disc knives. The cutting width depends on the distance between the knives in the block. Thanks to the lower shaft made of nylon, with special grooves, the product is completely cut through. The reset grate prevents the product from sticking to the surface of the knives. Next, the cut product enters the conveyor belt of the outlet conveyor and goes through it to the container for finished products or to the subsequent stage of processing.
