The STvega LDFS 30/45/50 slicer is designed for accurate and precise cutting of fresh meat, fish, chicken and other meat products. It combines high performance, compactness and reliability to ensure an even and clean cut. The machine can be equipped with a conveyor belt of the customer’s choice: smooth – for working with portioned pieces of meat and products with a flat surface, or ribbed – for slippery or wet products, such as fresh fish, chicken or meat with a high fat content, where additional fixation is required.

Principle of operation:

The operator stacks the product on the conveyor belt of the feed conveyor. The raw materials are fed into the cutting area, where vertically mounted disc knives perform a precise cut. The distance between the knives determines the cutting width. The lower nylon shaft with special grooves ensures full cutting of the product, and the reset grate prevents sticking to the knives. The cut raw materials then enter the conveyor of the diverter and are sent to the container or to the next stage of production. For fish with bones, it is possible to install a stainless steel shaft and special saw blades. For chicken, knives with increased strength and more teeth are used.
