STvega Pork Rem H Series<\/b> is a line of semi-automatic equipment designed for precise and fast separation of skin, subcutaneous fat (fat) and coarse films from pork meat. Due to the absence of overall conveyor belts, the machines have the most compact dimensions, which makes them an ideal solution for butcher shops, supermarkets with their own culinary workshops, restaurants, as well as for small and medium-power harvesting areas. The equipment provides perfectly even cut and high processing speed, significantly superior to manual knife labor.<\/p>\n

Principle of operation<\/b>:<\/b><\/p>\n

The operator starts the rotation of the working shaft by pressing the floor pedal of the foot drive. The prepared piece of meat or a layer of bacon is placed skin down on the smooth front surface of the desktop. The operator manually feeds the product forward in the direction of the cutting unit with a smooth movement. The lower drive shaft, which has a special deep grooved notch, instantly picks up the leather and pulls it steadily through the cutting area. A sharp industrial knife carefully cuts the skin, which is directed under the table into a waste container, while a completely cleaned meat product without damage comes out on the opposite side of the work surface. Thanks to the continuous operation of the internal cleaning comb, the grooves of the grooved shaft are automatically freed from grease residues, which guarantees flawless adhesion to each subsequent piece. <\/span><\/p>\n
