Thanks to the sealed design and effective thermal insulation, heat loss and energy consumption are reduced, and the use of steam as a coolant allows you to preserve the natural color,  aroma and nutritional properties of the product.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Principle of operation<\/b><b>:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The product is loaded onto a stainless steel conveyor belt, which moves it evenly through the processing area with saturated steam. The steam is supplied through an electromagnetic automatic control system, which allows precise temperature control in the range from 0 to 100 \u00b0C depending on the type of raw material and technological requirements. The main drive is equipped with a frequency controller, which allows you to change the speed of the belt according to the required blanching time.
