The equipment is used for processing dried apricots, dates, figs, dried mangoes, kiwi, strawberries, papaya and other products with a dense or sticky structure.<\/span><\/p>\n

With uniform product feeding and interchangeable cutting knives, the machine provides the same cutting size, high productivity and minimal waste. The equipment will be an effective solution for manufacturers of confectionery, breakfast cereals, muesli, bars, fruit mixes and other food productions. <\/span><\/p>\n

Principle of operation:<\/b><\/p>\n

The operator loads the product into the receiving tray, from where it is evenly fed to the conveyor belt. In front of the cutting area, the product passes under a special spring-loaded pressure roller, which automatically adapts to its height. This ensures that the product is securely attached, prevents it from shifting during slicing, and reduces sticking to the cutting knife. <\/span><\/p>\n

Next, the product enters the cutting area, where a replacement knife cuts according to the set size. Depending on the type of knife, the product can be cut into strips or cubes.
