The STvega Apl Pel H1800<\/b><\/strong> machine is designed for automated cutting of the peel of fruits and vegetables with a thin or delicate surface, such as apples, kiwis, citrus fruits and tomatoes. A specialized cutting unit provides high precision of operation, which allows you to delicately remove only the top layer of the skin, minimizing the loss of useful fruit pulp <\/p>\n

Principle of operation:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The product is installed by the operator in the receiving socket, where a laser marker helps to accurately center the fruit to minimize waste. After starting the cycle, the gripping mechanism fixes the fruit and gives it a rotational movement. Cleaning is carried out with a floating peeling knife, which maintains constant contact with the surface, adapting to the natural irregularities of the shape. At the end of the cycle, the peeled product and skin are automatically separated and removed through separate gutters. <\/p>\n

Important:<\/em><\/strong> For the operation of the pneumatic components of the machine, an air compressor ( > volume 60 liters, power > 3 kW) is required, which is not included in the basic configuration.<\/em><\/p>\n
