STvega Dicer H3300 <\/b>is a versatile high-power machine designed for precise cutting of a wide range of products. Principle of operation:<\/b> <\/span><\/p>\n

The product is fed into the receiving hopper, from where it enters the rotating rotor. Under the influence of centrifugal force, the raw material is pressed against the inner wall of the drum. The knife system works in three stages: first, a slicer knife cuts the product into slices, after which a block of disc knives cuts them into longitudinal bars. At the final stage, the cut-off knife makes a cross cut, forming uniform cubes. In the case of dismantling the cut-off knife, the machine switches to the strip (bar) cutting mode. Finished products are discharged directly into the prepared container in a continuous stream. <\/span><\/p>\n
