The STvega Dicer H2500 industrial vegetable cutter is designed for dicing, slicing vegetables and fruits, including potatoes, carrots, beets and many other products. The vegetable cutter has a high productivity – up to 3000 kg/h.

The STvega Dicer H2500 is the ideal solution for medium and large businesses.

Principle of operation:

The product is loaded through the hopper, then enters the rotating rotor. Centrifugal force presses the product against the inside of the drum. The first knife can be adjusted manually. The size of the outlet adjusts the first size of the product that comes out. Next, the product falls on disc-shaped knives, which cut it into bars. The size of the bar depends on the distance of the disc knives in the set. The third knife is a cut-off, cut into cubes. In the case of dismantling this knife, the original product will be a bar.

For slicing a soft product (tomatoes, kiwi, strawberries, etc.) and for some rather hard products, it is possible to supply water at the time of slicing. For a soft product, in this case, the slicing shape is preserved. For a hard product (nuts, etc.), water helps prevent the product from being sprayed (reduce the “flour” ratio when cutting) and also increases the life of the knives.

The company provides full warranty and after-sales service.
