Principle of operation: <\/strong><\/p>\n

The operator manually feeds the product into one of the loading cylinders. The cylinders have different diameters, which allows you to process products of different sizes. There is also a cylinder located at an angle that turns round products into oval slices. After that, the product is lowered onto horizontal cutting knives, which cut it into equal rings (slices) of a given thickness. Finished slices go through the compartment into the container or are sent to the next stage of the technological process. <\/p>\n
