The STvega Frozen Meat Slicer H440 is designed for all types of frozen meat and meat products, such as pork, beef, lamb, sausage and ham, into slices (slices) at a temperature of -10 to 0 °C. The recommended product temperature for slicing is -6 to -5 °C. The machine is made entirely of food-grade SUS 304 stainless steel, which ensures easy maintenance and cleaning. It is practical, safe and complies with international food safety standards. This machine can be used as a standalone equipment or as part of a production line in large and medium-sized enterprises for the production of meat products in the food and processing industries.

Principle of operation:

The operator places the frozen meat in the loading compartment, after which the product is exposed to the clamping mechanism. The clamping mechanism firmly fixes the meat with four movable heads, which ensures a high-quality, accurate and even cut. The conveyor belt and the belt on the clamping heads have a studded surface for better grip and transport of the product. Slicing is carried out with a guillotine knife, which cuts slices (slices) of a given thickness. The thickness of the slicing depends on the feed and slicing speed, which are adjusted by the operator via the touch display. The special design of the knife allows you to cut the product not only across, but also along, with a fixed size (slicing lengthwise is limited by the distance between two vertical cutters – 145 mm). The cut product enters the container for finished products or to the next stage of the technological process. The recommended temperature of the product during cutting is between -6 and -5 °C.
