The STvega Kpel Line H2000<\/strong> machine is designed for high-speed knife cleaning of vegetables and fruits while preserving the natural shape and structure of the product. The equipment provides uniform cutting of the peel and minimal loss of pulp, making it suitable for processing plants that work with a large amount of raw materials and have increased quality requirements. <\/p>\n

The machine is equipped with 16 workstations for parallel processing of the same type of products, which ensures high productivity without loss of cleaning quality and reduces the workload on personnel.<\/p>\n

<\/strong>Principle of operation<\/strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The operator manually places the vegetables or fruits in the loading bowls, where each fruit is fixed in a predetermined position. Next, the product is fed to the working unit, where the upper and lower clamping rods securely hold it in a vertical position along the axis. <\/p>\n

During operation, the product rotates around its axis at a given frequency, and two peeling knives carefully cut off the peel on both sides along the entire length of the fruit. The thickness of the cut is adjustable, which allows the machine to be adapted to the size and hardness of a specific type of raw material. <\/p>\n

The peeled skin falls down and is discharged by a separate conveyor into the waste container. The cleaned product is automatically fed to the outlet conveyor, after which it can be sent for further processing or packaging. <\/p>\n
