The STvega LDFS H60A<\/strong> slicer is designed for delicate cutting of fresh meat into strips. The speed of conveying and cutting the product can be adjusted using the installed frequency converters. The equipment is made of 304 stainless steel and food-grade non-metallic materials that meet the requirements of HACCP. Easy to maintain and clean, safe and practical to use. <\/p>\n

This machine can be used as a standalone device or as part of a production line in catering establishments, restaurants, supermarkets, as well as meat products enterprises in the food and processing industries.<\/p>\n

Principle of operation:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The product is placed on <\/span>conveyor belt<\/span> feed conveyor <\/span>operator or <\/span>is fed using a conveyor from the previous processing stage<\/span>. <\/span>Further, along the conveyor belt, the product is sent to the cutting area, <\/span>where it hits disc rotating knives that cut it into <\/span>Stripes <\/span>Given <\/span>Size<\/span>. <\/span>In front of the knife block, a unique claw gripper is installed to press the product, it ensures uniform cutting and less waste. <\/span>The thickness of the cut depends on the distance between the cutting knives located in the block.<\/span> S<\/span>The throwing grate prevents the product from sticking to the surface of the knives.<\/span> N<\/span>The cut product enters the conveyor belt of the diverter conveyor and goes through it to the container for finished products or to the further stage of processing<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n
