The STvega Meat Hor Slicer H32A horizontal meat and seafood slicer is designed for slicing products such as meat, fish fillets and chicken fillets. A feature of this equipment is the ability to simultaneously feed the product with two parallel belts, which significantly increases its productivity. The machine is designed for slicing chilled food with a temperature of up to 0°C.

Principle of operation:

The operator manually feeds the product onto two parallel conveyor belts that transport it to the slicing area. The product is fixed by a clamping mechanism, and special conveyor belts facilitate its movement through the cutting knives. Horizontal knives provide cutting of slices with a thickness of 2 to 50 mm. After cutting, the slices are transported to the finished product container or can be transferred for further processing if the machine is integrated into an automated line.
