STvega Apricot Pitting H500<\/b> is an equipment designed for automated pitting of apricots and plums. The machine is manufactured in two versions: with or without the function of cutting fruits into slices. This allows the customer to choose the configuration of the equipment according to production needs and receive either sliced slices or whole fruits.<\/span> The machine is equipped with a reliable deburring mechanism and, if necessary, a cutting system to ensure even and accurate cutting. Thanks to the automated process, fruit processing becomes much more efficient, and the impact of the human factor is minimized, which contributes to stable product quality and increased productivity.<\/span><\/p>\n

Principle of operation<\/b>:<\/b><\/p>\n

The fruits arrive on a round rotating table with locking cells, which automatically moves them to the next stages of processing.<\/span> Special knives accurately remove the bone, after which, if there is a slicing function, the fruits are cut into equal slices. The process is fully automated and takes place continuously, which allows you to process a large number of products in a minimum time. Sliced slices or whole fruits, as well as removed seeds, are automatically distributed into appropriate containers, which ensures the convenience of collection and further processing. <\/span><\/p>\n
