Principle of operation:

The prepared product is placed on a conveyor belt, which feeds it into the cutting area. In front of the cutting block, the raw material is fixed by a chain feeding mechanism with spikes, which prevents it from shifting. Further, the knife, which works on the principle of a guillotine and has a design in the shape of the letter “L”, cuts the product into cubes of a given size. Cutting parameters are regulated by the choice of knife and the speed of movement of the conveyor belt, which allows you to get pieces from 1 to 7 cm. The cut product goes into the container or to the next stage of production.
