The STvega Apl Pel H700<\/b> machine <\/span> is designed for delicate peeling of vegetables and fruits of various shapes and textures. It is ideal for processing apples, kiwis, oranges, peaches, tomatoes and similar products without damaging the pulp.<\/span><\/p>\n

The operator on the control panel can select one of the preset cleaning modes for a specific product or manually adjust the settings: the speed of rotation of the holder and the depth of peeling, depending on the type and size of the raw material. A visual cue on the display shows which side to install the product and whether trimming is required. <\/span><\/p>\n

Principle of operation<\/b>:<\/b><\/p>\n

The operator places the fruit or vegetable on a holder with teeth, which ensures that the product is securely fixed during processing. After that, the appropriate program is selected on the control panel or individual parameters are adjusted: rotation speed and depth of skinning. After starting the cycle, the holder begins to rotate, and the piller knife evenly removes the skin from the surface of the product. The cut peel is sent to a separate container for waste. Once processing is complete, the operator removes the cleaned product and installs the next one to continue working. <\/span><\/p>\n
