<\/strong>Principle of operation:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Eggs with pre-washed shells are loaded by the operator into the receiving funnel. Then they enter the working chamber, which consists of a perforated cylinder with a screw screw inside. Under the influence of centrifugal force, the eggs break against the perforated wall, after which the egg mass is mixed to a homogeneous state due to the rotation of the auger.
