The equipment is available in two versions &#8211; <strong data-start=\"497\" data-end=\"508\">series V<\/strong> (with vacuum system) and <strong data-start=\"535\" data-end=\"546\">series G<\/strong> (without vacuum pump). Both solutions create optimal storage conditions, extend the shelf life of products and maintain their attractive appearance without the use of preservatives.  <\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"740\" data-end=\"761\">Principle of operation<\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"762\" data-end=\"958\">The operator places the filled trays in a variable matrix, sets parameters on the touchpad and starts the cycle. The mold automatically moves inside the machine, where the inert gas is supplied: <\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"960\" data-end=\"1410\">\n<li data-start=\"960\" data-end=\"1148\">\n<p data-start=\"962\" data-end=\"1148\">In <strong data-start=\"964\" data-end=\"983\">the V series models<\/strong> , air is first pumped out of the chamber by a vacuum pump, after which gas is supplied, which provides up to 100% air replacement and maximum shelf life.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1149\" data-end=\"1410\">\n<p data-start=\"1151\" data-end=\"1410\">In <strong data-start=\"1153\" data-end=\"1172\">the G series models<\/strong> , gas is supplied directly to the chamber without a vacuum step, which reduces the packaging cycle by 30%, reduces the cost of equipment and maintenance costs while maintaining high packaging quality (substitution rate up to 99%).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1412\" data-end=\"1608\">After the modified atmosphere is formed, the roll film seals the trays hermetically.
