The equipment is equipped with a reliable electromechanical drive with a double clamping function of staples. The system simultaneously clamps two metal staples (U-clip): the first seals the upper part of the filled bag, and the second forms the bottom part of the next packaging sleeve in a single working cycle. The machine is suitable both for autonomous use and for integration into the composition of semi-automatic weighing and packaging lines.

How the equipment works:

Before starting work, a mesh sleeve of the required length is pre-stretched onto the supply pipe. The operator feeds a weighted portion of the product through the loading tray into the pipe, from where it is lowered under its own weight into the mesh sleeve closed from below. During filling, the operator smoothly pulls the mesh down, gathers its edge into a tight bundle and brings it into the clipping area.

Depending on the selected mode, the crimping is activated automatically when the optical proximity sensor is activated or when the foot pedal is pressed. An electromechanical drive based on an eccentric shaft simultaneously feeds two metal staples from the guide trays and presses the upper edge of the filled bag and the bottom of the next sleeve. The finished sealed bag is separated and moved to the receiving container, and the formed bottom of the mesh is ready for the next packaging cycle.
