Description
The STvega Egg Wash Spectr H5000 machine is designed for automated washing and control of chicken eggs in production conditions with a large processing volume. It provides gentle cleaning, removal of dirt and impurities, and allows you to integrate a spectral screening function for quality checking.
Principle of operation:
The eggs are loaded into a bath of water and fed into a closed washing chamber using a conveyor system. Special brushes are installed inside the machine that delicately clean the surface of the eggs from dirt. After washing, the product is individually delivered to the spectral screening area, where the operator carries out visual inspection and can quickly remove eggs with defects. Next, the washed and tested eggs are moved to the next stage of the technological line – drying, packaging or other equipment for further processing.
