Pre-setting
At the STvega warehouse, the equipment is configured according to the client’s specifications and undergoes testing of all main components.
At the customer’s request, we organize:
- personal testing of the equipment on their own product;
- online demonstration of work;
- photo and video reports on the test results.
Departure of engineers
By separate agreement, STvega service engineers travel directly to the client’s enterprise for:
- equipment installation;
- commissioning and adjustment work;
- production start-up;
- equipment operation verification in real production conditions;
- optimization of settings for a specific product.
Staff training
After the equipment is launched, our specialists conduct training for operators and technical personnel.
During the training, employees gain practical skills in:
- proper operation of the equipment;
- setting operating parameters;
- daily maintenance;
- safe operation and maximum efficiency of the equipment.
